Business

Your diary, full.
Without you on the phone.

Glow, your receptionist, answers your clients day and night. It books them in and takes the deposit. You get on with the client in your chair.

Getting started

Glow helps you set up.
Then the diary runs itself.

Four steps, and you’re taking bookings.

01

Tell Glow what you do

Type what you offer: gel refill, full set, brow lam. Glow fills in the times, prices and deposits. You check them and change anything you like.

02

Bring your clients and your team

Upload your client list as a spreadsheet (CSV), from Fresha, Booksy, Phorest, Square or your own sheet. Then add your team and say who does what. Every booking goes to someone who does that service.

Someone books at 11pm and pays the deposit. Glowbooks emails her to confirm, then reminds her two days and one day before. You see it all in the morning.

It reads your real diary

Glow looks at your diary, how long the treatment takes and who does it. It only offers times that are really free.

It takes the deposit

It sends the deposit link in the same chat. If the deposit isn't paid, the slot opens up again. No chasing anyone for money.

It hands the tricky ones to you

Anything only a person can answer, Glow passes to you. It doesn't guess.

Clients message you in the app

Not your personal number. Set your hours and an away note, and let Glow answer the simple ones.

Deposits

A no-show used to
cost you the lot.

An empty chair on a Saturday is money you don’t get back. A deposit changes that.

01

She books

Priya picks Saturday at 11:20.

02

She pays the deposit

£10 from her card before the slot is hers. You set the deposit for each treatment.

03

She doesn't come

Saturday 11:20 comes. The chair is empty.

04

You're not out of pocket

The £10 is yours to keep, if you choose.

You choose how much notice a client must give to get her deposit back if she cancels.

Circles

Word of mouth,
finally paying you back.

Most of your new clients come from someone telling someone. Circles thank the people who send them.

Client Circles

Your regulars share their own link with friends. When a friend books, your regular gets the thank-you you chose: money off or a percent off her next visit. Glowbooks keeps count.

Business Circles

You and the salons you already recommend send each other clients. You agree a thank-you between you, a set amount or a percent. When you send someone their way, their thank-you is paid into your account.

Your client records stay yours. A Circle only records who sent whom. See an example

Questions

What owners ask us.

When can I start?

Soon. We're letting salons in a few at a time, so each one gets set up properly. Join the waitlist and we'll email your invite before we open to everyone. No card needed to join the list.

What does it cost?

There are two plans, and both start with 30 days free. Prices and fees are on the pricing page.

What does Glow do?

It answers your clients, finds a free time, books them in and takes the deposit. It can move or cancel a booking too. Anything only a person can answer, it passes to you. There's more in how it works.

Are my client records mine?

Yes. Your client records are yours, and no other business can see them. You can export your client list whenever you like.

Something else? support@glowbooks.co.uk

Try it on your own diary.

Set up your treatments, bring your clients across and take a real booking. Both plans start with 30 days free.
