Is it free?
Yes, the account is free. You pay the salon for your treatment, and the price you see when you book is the price you pay.
Do I need an account to book?
Not always. Many salons let you book with just your name and email. With an account, your details are already there next time, and you can move or cancel yourself.
What's a deposit, and do I get it back?
It's part of the price, paid when you book, and it comes off your bill on the day. If you cancel late, the salon may keep it. Each salon sets its own rules, and you see them before you pay.
Can I move or cancel my appointment?
Yes, from your account, no phone call. Each salon sets how much notice it needs, and you see it before you confirm. Cancel late and there may be a fee.
Who can see my details?
Only the salons you book with, and only what they need: how to reach you, what you've booked, and anything you tell them, like an allergy. Each salon keeps its own record, and no salon sees another's notes. If a salon sends you to a partner salon, your details only go across if you say yes. We don't sell your details.
