1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Glowbooks website at app.glowbooks.co.uk. Glowbooks is currently in pre-launch: the website provides information about the upcoming platform and allows you to join our launch waitlist.

Full platform terms — covering subscriptions, bookings, payments, and the Glowbooks service itself — will be published at launch and will apply to all accounts from that point.

2. The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist is free and carries no obligation.
  • Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a subscription, or guarantee access to the platform at launch.
  • We will contact you once, by email, when Glowbooks opens. You can ask to be removed at any time via support@glowbooks.co.uk.

3. Pricing and features shown on this site

Plans, prices, and features displayed on this website reflect our intended offering at launch. They may be refined before launch, and the pricing in force when you subscribe will be the pricing presented at the point of sign-up. Any applicable subscription fees, transaction or platform fees, and payment-processing charges will be set out in full at the point of sign-up and in your account.

4. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Use the contact or waitlist forms to send spam, abuse, or unlawful content
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission

5. Intellectual property

The Glowbooks name, logo, branding, and all site content are owned by Glowbooks. Stock imagery is licensed from its respective providers. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use our marks or content.

6. Liability

This website is provided “as is” for information purposes during pre-launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on pre-launch information, which may change before the platform opens. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
